Driving the Hyster Turret truck towards Production rollup door
What happened
an employee retrieved a pallet of parts requested for Production from the shipping receiving warehouse with a turret truck. The employee drove the turrett truck close to the Production area door to stage the pallet. The turret truck mass contacted the roll up door and got stuck. The driver reversed the turret back into the warehouse area. As the turret truck reversed it pulled the roll up door the door frame and the dry wall above the door from the wall.
Injury or illness
the employee initially at the time of the incident did not report no injury. We did send him for a drug test and sort pre-cautionary treatment while at the facility.

unknown as the turret had a top hood which all debris feel on the hood.
