Working to prepare for a rapid delivery truck

Employee was asked to expedite a delivery truck with other members. During the packing she felt a sharp pull but continued to work. She finished her shift but the [REDACTED] she could barely stand up straight. She self medicated and finally after days she seek to get medical attention. She recall the pull in the back during the rapid delivery. She was seen by doctor and put on therapies including PT.
