What happened
[REDACTED] was showing coworker the part of the packers that need it to clean while repetitive times he stuck his hand under the packer to show them exactly where to clean knowing there was a chain moving nearby the area that they were going to clean [REDACTED] had been cleaning the packer repetitive time so he was aware of the moving parts under the packers while demonstrating cleaning procedures for a packer to a coworker [REDACTED] 's left hand got caught in the chain resulting in abrasions on three of his fingers. Fortunately a witness promptly notified the processing manager who provided immediate first aid to [REDACTED]. Following protocol [REDACTED] asks to be seemed by a Dr. to make sure he didn 't have any broken fingers so he was taken to a walk-in clinic in [REDACTED]. Pleasant to assess and treat his injuries. The medical professionals cleaned his hand applied gauze to the affected fingers and prescribed antibiotics. It is important to note that [REDACTED] has been trained
