Employee called me ([REDACTED]) at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] when the supervisor arrive eye of the employee look are bad and it was really red and swollen the manager drove the employee to the Emergency Room - UT health [REDACTED] At the hospital the nurses took blood pressure and a vision test then proceeded to do a checkup by using a blue light to see if there was any damage they found a Abrasion of the left cornea encounter they also wash the left eye with a balanced salt solution and gave Fluorescein eye drops employee was discharge from emergency Room and was prescribed with eyedrops employee was able to Return to work with no vision Restriction and a fallow appointment. employee was able to return back to work the next day.
