2 employees were working at the shredder replacing the bottom grates.They were both standing on top of the UMO Employee #1 was torching the bottom grate as it was jam. Employee #2 was standing on the other side (Star). Supervisor gave instructions to employees how to cut the plate (how to do the work). The employee that was torching the bottom grate made the cut from bottom
