EE’s fingers were smashed while guiding heavy metal frame into position. The metal frame was strapped to a sling that was strapped to a reachlift fork. Forklift operator lowered the metal frame into position but didn’t notice EE’s finger position under the frame. That’s when his fingers got smashed.
