What happened
Injured employee and a coworker were standing on top of the scaffolding structure to install a double ledger. While connecting the double ledger it twisted at the moment of installing it causing it to slip from both of the employees hand. Both caught it on time before it hit the employee underneath them. The way the injured employee grabbed it caused him to twist his right wrist.
