The technician was testing a rear loop at the testing table.

While the technician was testing a rear loop at the testing table they finished and went to remove the blanket and slipped on a piece of the poly tubing that was laying on the floor. They immediately fell backward while holding onto the loop. The employees right leg went under the table. The technician reported the incident and reported the pain in their right knee to the supervisor.

When the employee slipped and fell he tore his meniscus in his right knee. The employee received physical therapy.
