EE presents to OSM for reported eye irritation & pain specifically to her left eye. EE states [REDACTED] I was in [REDACTED]. There are these boxes stacked on top of each other on a wooden pallet. I was tasked with removing the wooden pallet. While I was standing below the pallet I had attempted to pull it out with my hands overhead and I felt dust or wood particles get past my safety glasses and get into my eye. It wasnt that bad so I worked the rest of my shift but today its very irritated. EE denies vision changes however reports itching and redness to her left eye. Discouraged rubbing eyelid. No obvious foreign debris noted upon examination of eye however redness and swelling noted to sclera and lower eyelid.
