What happened
Per EEs SOI: Came in on [REDACTED] and started to notice a pain in my neck to the left right on top of trap. Worked shift and pain started to spread into back and chest just on my left side. Pain has stayed persistent and has made sleeping hard and working with left arm has been difficult. During shift I have to climb through automated machinery cells and over obstacles and be able to hold my arms over my head to reach for wires hoses and be able to use hand tools with arms raised.
