What happened
On [REDACTED] EE had to remove a seat that was already married to a different shipping pallet. EE removed the seat successfully but when employee went back to load a different seat onto the shipping pallet employee did not see that there was a bad shipping pallet in front of the Spur. EE tripped on the pallet carrying the new seat that employee was going to load to the pallet. EE suffered a contusion to her left shin. She was seen by the EMT and was placed off work for the remainder of the shift. She has a follow up with Concentra in the morning.
