What happened
EE was injured when forklift operator tried to pickup a orbits bin that was in a material receiving lane. EE was not following proper sorting procedures by stand in between the staged material. The bin that the forklift operator attempted to pickup slid into the other staged material causing the EEs right foot to get pinched by a wooden pallet.
