EE went outside to change the propane tank around [REDACTED]. When putting the new tank back on (wearing proper PPE and gloves) they noticed after screwing the valve and putting the fitting on it was leaking and making a hissing sound. EE disconnected the fitting and the gas sprayed out onto the EEs gloves and went through to the skin. EE felt their skin get cold and threw the gloves off right away. EEs right hand got burned. EE delayed in reporting due to not feeling any burn or pain right away when just feeling the cold pressure. EE went to wash their hands and began to feel it. EMS was dispatched gave EE burn cream to help and then was sent home for remainder of shift. EE will be going to urgent care in the morning.
