A section of platform was removed as part of project scope. Associate needed a tool to remove anchors from the floor. Associate was on top of platform placed the cutting tool near the edge of the platform and jumped down. The associate landed and his feed slipped beneath. The associate landed on his back were one of the anchors punctured the left back shoulder. The associate began to feel pain and applied ice. Associate denied medical attention and wanted to continued working.
