What happened
EE was unloading a RH side sill with lift assist onto the conveyor. When EE went to release part from lift assist. Part was released on back end of lift assist but front end of the lift assist got stuck on the part. EE went to pull front end of lift assist out of the side sill and felt a little pull in right shoulder but didnt feel any pain at the moment. EE stated that after a little bit of time passing employee started to feel more discomfort in shoulder so employee notified the Supervisor.
