Flu shot received in the left arm at drive through flu shot clinic on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] shopping center given by riverside required to work at Riverside work location. Shot uneventful that night left arm shoulder joint painful to move loss of range of motion without pain continues today. Painful to open doors with left arm lift items or use arm in any way that puts stress on shoulder joint. Pain wakes me up at night not getting better with time.
