What happened
Had a work order to work on a clogged toilet. Turned out it was the urinal that was clogged. Water was up to the brim of the toilet. Had gloves on. I used a snake to attempt to unclog. I noticed my arms itching cause the soaked gloves were wet. The water went down my arms. I learned another employer put another chemical down the drain earlier in the week to unclog and left it. Found out what the chemical was. [REDACTED].
