Employee was sitting at a booth with a participant was finishing up lunch in the community.

Participant made several attempts to stand up with the use of their walker independently and became very tired needing assistance from employee. As employee was assisting participant to stand the participant was falling back and she continued to assist feeling a pull sensation to her right shoulder.

Employee noted discomfort not going away and continuing over the counter medicine refused treatment and later in the month was asked to go to be treated and was diagnosed with bursitis to the right shoulder.
