On [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) at approximately [REDACTED] employee experienced an incident while working in the [REDACTED] area Employee was preparing to look up an operation for [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] and sat down at employees computer Unfortunately the employee mistakenly sat halfway off a rolling chair which caused the employee to fall towards the left Although the employee managed to catch themselves from fully falling the employee immediately felt pain in their shoulder By lunchtime the pain had spread to their shoulder and the left side of their torso At [REDACTED] the employee took two Advil to alleviate the pain but by [REDACTED] there has been no improvement [REDACTED] witnessed the incident The employee did go to a walkin clinic
