On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the employee was working on the [REDACTED] frame in the stack subassembly and when he went to step inside the frame to do one of his weldments he did not stoop down low enough and hit his head on one of the upper rails of the frame Employee did not think there was any issue at the time but over the weekend started having symptoms of nausea and loss of consciousness so the employee went into the emergency room to get checked out It was during the examination that the employee was determined to have a concussion The employee reported the incident to management on the morning of [REDACTED]
