B81: ERT: MEDICAL EVENT: REPORT OF PATIENT WITH TWISTED KNEE ERT MEET PATIENT AT [REDACTED] 1C0501 RP: (Patient) SOC HP 4087485400 CH 1 CORE 13 IC Core ERT responded to incident and Core 13 assumed IC and established the ICP at the room 1C0501 Upon arrival Patient was found sitting in chair holding knee Patient stated they had slipped off chair while standing up and fell on buttocks When landed they felt a sharp pain in knee Core member [REDACTED] assessed patient Patient did not want to go to hospital via ambulance and stated they would have brother pick them up from work Patient was informed by the Core team they could call the Applied Materials Nurse Hot Line and obtain information there about getting care Patients Manager [REDACTED] was informed by the patient and the Core team that patient refused ambulance transport and will obtain a ride home from family member and leave work early The Core Team assisted patient outside with a wheel chair and assisted into family members vehicle
