[REDACTED]: ERT: MEDICAL EVENT: REPORT OF PATIENT WITH A TWISTED ANKLE LOCATED AT THE OFFICE AREA COL XXXX [REDACTED] SOC FR 4087485400 CH 1 ( IC CORE 12 [REDACTED] ) On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] SOC notified CORE ERT of a medical event [REDACTED] [REDACTED]: ERT: MEDICAL EVENT: REPORT OF PATIENT WITH A TWISTED ANKLE LOCATED AT THE OFFICE AREA COL XXXX At [REDACTED] ERT arrived on scene with [REDACTED] taking incident commander roles ERT located the patient sitting down in cubicle Upon further investigation Patient stated that they were in the [REDACTED] purple lot walking towards [REDACTED] when they steped down from the curve and twisted their ankle Per patient they heard some cracking coming from their ankle and fell on the pavement Patient also stated to ERT that they were in pain but did not require EMS response Patients manager was notified via phone call EHS [REDACTED] arrived on scene and was briefed by [REDACTED] on all findings Patient was given corvel form and was AMAd by ERT
