The supervisor was the passenger in the maintenance cart.
What happened
The [REDACTED] driver was turning around just as the maintenance cart was going by. The forks on the [REDACTED] struck the side of the maintenance cart causing the cart to stop suddenly. This sudden stop caused the driver to come out of the cart but land on his feet (no injury) and the passenger to strike his right leg causing an abrasion and bruising.
