What happened
The team member was walking through the ULOC material racks on the [REDACTED] line. The team member stepped up on a material riser and stepped down onto an angle iron on the floor. The angle iron is in place to prevent the forklifts from damaging the riser racks. When the team member stepped on the angle iron she fractured a metatarsal bone on the left foot. This area is not meant for pedestrian traffic.
