Team member description: I was sitting on my forklift talking with another driver and the next thing I knew was getting hit from the back while sitting on my forklift by this other forklift driver. He said he was trying to go between my forklift and a rail. Manager Description: The forklift operator was attempting to pass by another forklift and struck the forklift causing the other driver to sprain his neck.
