EE alleges 10 days she was doing room checks going room to room knocking on doors and checking residents are ok when she knocked twice on a door no one responded she opened the door and the resident became aggressive yelling and pushed her on the front of her left shoulder causing pain. She has been using ice packs and taking OTC advised her to remove any jewelry. EE referred to provider d t she has pain in her left shoulder for 3 or more days that isn 't improving.
