Lifting patient up stairs

After taking a patient to their appointment my partner and I took the patient back to their private residence. This houses had three stairs leading into the house. I had to lift the head of the cot up the stairs and in doing so I felt my lower back get tight and have a sharp pain. After dropping off the patient my partner and I had another run from a different facility. When moving this patient the pain became sharp again. After this I called the Ouch line and went to be seen by the 360 Provider.
