What happened
While in the home doing a home visit for a home evaluation. Patient had a seizure and fell out of wheelchair. Employee caught and supported pt back to the chair and then down to the floor while seizures persisted to happen. A home nurse for the patients wife was there to help and the wife called [REDACTED]. Employee stayed with patient till EMS arrived. Employee now is having leg and thigh pain and is being encouraged to seek evaluation.
