When attempting to change child 's diaper after a BM [REDACTED] placed child on the cot with the child laying face up. Child then started to kick legs and arms. [REDACTED] walkie called for support to change diaper. When waiting on support to arrive [REDACTED] looked to right and child bent knees back and quickly fully extended legs kicking [REDACTED] in the chest-sternum as [REDACTED] was kneeling in front of child.
