pt called out wanting to go to the bathroom post delivery. pt stated that they could feel and move legs and thought thry could get up to go to the bathroom writer assisted pt to side of the bed. pt stood up and immediately dropped down. writer caught pt to prevent pt from falling and assisted back to sitting at bedside. writer calledfor help to assist pt to the bathroom. EE then brought in SPH equipment into room to assist pt to bathroom. writer noticed sore back the day following and progressively has gotten worse.
