Employee was operating press 375 and the metal was not separating so she reached her hand in the feed area to fan the material so it would feed properly. When she reached in to fan the metal the feed rollers grabbed her index finger on her left hand. The rollers pinched her left index finger just enough that it removed a layer of skin from her fingertip.
