What happened
Was getting the cot with patient down a curb to the ambulance . I was backing up and assisting the cot down the curb and I felt the strain in my middle back. The pain didn 't debilitate me right away as we were getting her into the ambulance and to the hospital. When we cleared from the call I was off shift as I was held over already. I ended shift and headed home.
