What happened
This is a repeated incident for this same EE. (first incident happened on [REDACTED] also during the morning safety toolbox meeting). During the [REDACTED] meeting EE collapsed during the meeting falling backwards on the ground. At this time we are unsure of what is causing the events to happen. He was taken to the hospital for further evaluation. Information from family member is that the fall caused him to have a fracture to his skull but he is stable. The fainting or seizures are non-work related.
