Employee says he was working on a wall footing drilling holes a foot above the ground with the Hilti drill. The employee says next to him were horizontal rebars sticking out of an existing wall and he started bending them with his hands because it was in his way I bent two bars and he started bending a third one as he was pushing the rebar slipped off his hand and hit him in his right side upper lip.
