What happened
I was about to exit the [REDACTED] Freezer through the man door with a runner behind me of commercial bakery products. I was pulling the runner through the door and I slipped and fell down onto my left side landing on my left leg knee thigh and butt. I notified the other Team Leader on duty and went and continued to finish my work.
