What happened
I was going to grab runners from outside of the receiving area to use them for breaking down my Frozen pallet. When I took one runner down another one of the runner bases fell down towards me. I tried to stop it but the runner landed onto my wrist pretty hard causing pain in my left wrist and left forearm.
