Employee was attempting to scan items in the bottom of the cart; the barcodes were facing away from her so she attempted to turn the product so she could scan the items.

A customer had three or four different 12-packs of sparkling water on the bottom of their cart. The waters didn 't have the barcodes visible for me to scan. I leaned down and attempted to scan the waters. As I scanned the last one and flipped it back over I noticed a pop in my right shoulder. The pain started directly under my armpit and radiated to the center of my chest. I didn 't think anything of it right away. As time went on I noticed the pain getting worse and starting to radiate to the center of my back. That is when I notified the Management team members working.
