Placing Pallet on the Floor
What happened
Employee States: I was replacing the pallet that we place are empty bins on when another team member came through the door from the sales floor and thanked me for doing so. This interaction caught me off guard and took my attention from the task and towards the conversation. The pallet slipped from my grasp when this happened and it fell towards the ground. The pallet stuck my left toe area. It caused pain right away. I walked away and took a seat for a minute to assess the situation. I still had pain from my toe at this time. The pain has improved slightly over time.
