What happened
Employee states they were maneuvering product onto the salvage trailer with a hand jack. When they backed up to direct the jack; they tripped over an empty pallet on the floor that they did not see. Employee stated that fell back onto the corner of the pallet their hip hit corner of pallet and head bounced off the concrete multiple times.
