Before the incident
Employee was removing parts off the injection molding conveyor inspecting them for defects and placing them on WIP carts.
What happened
As the employee was working on removing parts off the conveyor of their injection molding press a molding technician was starting the press beside the employee up. During the start up process a bolt tightening down the flange clamp on a hydraulic line near the carriage of the press broke causing hydraulic fluid to be sprayed towards the operator.

Irritation of both eyes due to hydraulic fluid getting into their eyes.
