Operating the Haas ST-10 Lathe Machine.

While running sample blanks with the Haas [REDACTED] [REDACTED] attempted to retrieve a machined part from the catcher tray before the chute closed. In doing so the chute door closed on his hand trapping it in the catcher assembly. Two other employees were working nearby in the machining area and were able to pry open the chute to free [REDACTED] 's hand.
