Before the incident
Employee was pulling painted parts off the paint line and placing them in totes.
What happened
The High Bake Unload operator was pulling the parts off the paint line and at the same time a forklift was moving a near by stack of totes (approximately 6ft. high stack) and the top tote was longer than the bottom tote which caused the top tote to fall off and bump into the line unload worker near by pushing them into a paint rack on the paint line. The hit their left hip on the paint rack and the tote hit their right shoulder.
