Employee was driving van 19076 and was stopped on [REDACTED]. He was waiting to turn left into [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] when a person rear ended him at full force. Manheim Borough police department responded to investigate the accident. Employee notified supervisor at approximately [REDACTED] who took the employee to Concentra who then referred them to UPMC Community General ER located at [REDACTED] for further evaluation. Involved employee contacted Wheels to report the accident and the van was towed away.
