Operator was using an open blade to trim the FEP end off of the full length FEP for ease of process at another operation. When cutting the FEP she cut her finger with an open blade due to not having having the required cut resistant glove on. Using a blade is not part of the MPI documented process. 3 stitches required for medical treatment.
