Employee removed 24 1 2 stiles from the return on the fox. He layed them across the arms of the fox and he ran his fingers across the bead to tack tile inspect and that is when he figures the splinter went in his left pointer finger. He looked at his finger and could not see anything and he also could not feel anything. So that is why he says he did not report it

What happened

Employee removed 24 1 2 stiles from the return on the fox. He layed them across the arms of the fox and he ran his fingers across the bead to tack tile inspect and that is when he figures the splinter went in his left pointer finger. He looked at his finger and could not see anything and he also could not feel anything. So that is why he says he did not report it. He went home and got awake around [REDACTED] and his finger was red and swollen. So then he went to the ER for evaluation and they did an x-ray and ultra sound and saw the splinter and referred him to Sun Orthopedics for [REDACTED]. The ER did give him an IV and prescription for antibiotics. The employee went to Sun Orthopedics on [REDACTED] and they looked at it and scheduled him for surgery [REDACTED]. After his Sun Orthopedics appointment he called and talked to HR at Conestoga. HR advised him to go to Family Practice in [REDACTED] for evaluation. Family practice told him to keep his Sun Orthopedic appointment [REDACTED] f
