What happened
A team member was grinding on a high-frequency frame. The team member was grinding the bleed-through on the welds on the face side of the frame. When the team member was grinding the face of the frame the grinder was rolled towards the backbend and it caught an edge and the grinder jumped on the team member 's chin resulting in a minor laceration.
