Before the incident
I was working on cleaning out the storage room due to construction being about done I went to pick up a bottle of enzymatic spray from the ground to put it away not knowing that the construction team had left 3 pieces of trim with old large rusty nails on the top shelf of the cabinet When I bent down to grab the spray bottle the nail went right into my right eye

Bent over to pick up a bottle to put it away and the nail was sticking out of a piece of trim that I did not see and it poked me in the right eye
