While buffing the tip of the pourline mixing shaft using a lathe machine and a sandpaper band the EE rotated the shaft with the lathe machine and manually moved the sandpaper band back and forth.

During this process the EE 's uniform sleeve became entangled in the mixing shaft pulling the EE into the machine and causing flesh wounds on the left arm.

Left arm laceration and contusion.
