What happened
EE retrieved a stack of crates from the exterior of the building and had removed the plastic cover. The wet from rain plastic was placed on the floor and as the EE moved around the crates she slipped on the plastic. When she braced herself for the fall her left wrist jammed and caused a sprain. EE was able to do modified tasks but was given a hard cast.
