Employee was pulling glass out of 1 crate and transferring it to another crate that was sitting next to it. The employee went to grab the next piece of glass and around 30 pieces that were behind it fell forward pinching the employees hands between the edge of the wood crate and the glass. Two other employees had to help with moving the glass off the injured employee 's hands.
